- 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tsp instant espresso powder
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 8 inch square baking pan with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, melt butter and mix with brown sugar.

Add eggs, vanilla, and instant espresso powder.

Stir in flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt. Fold in white chocolate chips.
