Description

These blondies seamlessly blend the boldness of espresso with the creamy sweetness of white chocolate, making them a coffee lover’s dream dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tsp instant espresso powder
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 8 inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, melt butter and mix with brown sugar.
  3. Add eggs, vanilla, and instant espresso powder.
  4. Stir in flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt. Fold in white chocolate chips.
  5. Spread in the baking pan.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the blondies comes out with a few moist crumbs attached. Cool blondies completely.
  7. Cut into bite-size pieces and enjoy!
