This peanut butter latte is a creamy, nutty drink that combines the deep flavour of espresso with the smooth richness of peanut butter. The cold foam adds a satisfying texture to each sip!
This drink has been a hit in Seoul, Korea, you can actually find it in a lot of cafes! It’s a crowd favourite. If you’re a fan of peanut butter, this latte is a must-try.
The blend of whipping cream and condensed milk makes the peanut cold foam thick and creamy – it pairs perfectly with a shot of espresso!
I like swirling the peanut butter around the cup for an extra layer of flavour and honestly, it just looks cute and aesthetic like a Starbucks drink. 🙂
On weekends, I like making this latte because the balance of sweetness and caffeine hits just right, and the crushed peanuts on top adds a nice little crunch.
It’s not too sweet and if you’re someone who likes to switch up their coffee routine, a peanut butter latte might be your new favourite!

HOW TO MAKE THIS RECIPE GLUTEN-FREE, DAIRY-FREE, OR EGG-FREE?
Use plant-based whipping cream to replace dairy cream.
Swap out regular milk for a non-dairy alternative like almond milk.
Ensure the peanut butter is gluten-free and free of any added dairy.
Tips for a successful Peanut Butter Latte
Froth the foam well: Whip long enough for it to reach a thick consistency.
Adjust the sweetness: Add more or less condensed milk depending on your preference.
Customize your toppings: Try adding a sprinkle of cocoa or crushed nuts.
Frequently asked questions 🤔
Can I use instant coffee instead of espresso? Yes, brew a strong batch of instant coffee for a similar flavour.
Will the foam last if made ahead of time? The foam will hold for a few hours but is best when freshly whipped.
What type of peanut butter should I use? Smooth, no-stir peanut butter blends best into the foam. I wouldn’t recommend crunchy peanut butter as it can jam your frother!
And that’s it! This covers pretty much everything you need to know about this creamy peanut butter latte! I really hope you’ll love it as much as I do.
