- 2 tablespoons of white sugar
- 2 tablespoons of freshly boiled water
- 2 small cartons of Bingrae banana milk about 1 cup

Place instant coffee, sugar, and hot water into a clean, medium-sized bowl. You have the option to increase the batch size if required.

Whip vigorously using a milk frother or a stand mixer on a high setting for about two minutes, or until the mixture becomes fluffy and light. Occasionally, pause to scrape the sides of the bowl to ensure all ingredients are well incorporated.

Sample the mixture for sweetness. It will taste intense at this stage, but keep in mind that the banana milk will balance it out. Adjust the sweetness by adding more sugar if preferred, although it may already be adequately sweet.
