- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons granulated white sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- sprinkle of salt
- 2 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
- 3 tablespoon milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 biscoff cookies, crushed into rough pieces

Add flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon powder and salt to a microwave safe mug and mix until combined.

Add the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract and mix with a spoon until smooth (be sure to scrape the bottom of the mug). Fold in Biscoff pieces.

Microwave for 80 seconds (top of cake should look airy and shiny). Allow the cake to rest for 1 minute for eating. Top it off with extra Biscoff cookies or an ice cream scoop!
